Here we are in February 2018 and by the graph, you can see that we had an all-time 5-year low reference housing inventory at 481 active units for sale.
I opine this(low inventory), should break free a bit come March and April 2018. That is the typical time where those who are “school interested” start the preparation to move process. I will continue to watch this dynamic and keep all of our clients posted as to the “buyer drive” element we are watching being stifled by the lacking Santa Clarita inventory.
