Here they all are in their entirety. We just completed our Santa Clarita Housing Market updates and I have to say today’s shows were exciting.
We laughed and cried, or at least I know a few people that did after having some of the best open houses they ever had where we brought two sellers to their doorsteps.

Both the Barb and Dan Families attended our Crash Course on real estate. They knew it was something that is not being offered everywhere, they also left our offices knowing more than most of the agents that don’t educate their clients in buying and selling real estate.
The local real estate markets have listings that have increased on the “typical” days on market time frames. Meaning, it’s taking longer to sell the homes, condos and town homes in the Santa Clarita Cities. This is due primarily to some of the homes that are on the market for sale being overpriced.
The question them comes in from the real estate buyers, “If a home is overpriced, should I even both making an offer on it?”

The local markets are moving nicely. Just make sure you are working with a realtor or realtors that know their stuff, keep tabs on the local housing data and make it their business to be advisors and consultants first.
Buying real estate can be really expensive. Selling real estate, can be as expensive. Speak with multiple realtors before making any decision as to whom you are going to hire and make sure they are a good fit for you.
