    This week the median list price in Stevenson ranch was $789,000.

    We have seen that, in Stevenson Ranch, the inventory has been lightening lately and the MAI, the market action index, has been ramping up.

    Though Stevenson Ranch has Days on Market increasing, these are mildly positive indications for the local SR market.

    Valencia CA real estate update

    Looking to Valencia CA, one of the Santa Clarita Valley Cities, we see that this week the median list price was $578,950.

    One of the factors we look to to determine the “health” of the Valencia CA real estate market is called the Market Action Index (MAI).

    The mai has been trending down as of late, while the Valencia inventory and Days on Market time frames are climbing.

    Directly opposite of Stevenson Ranch, at least at this point, these current Valencia CA Home Trends indicate the market is weakening slightly.
