As we get closer to the end of March 2016 – both the Santa Clarita Valley and Greater Los Angeles Areas are gaining in real estate inventory, my small jumps and steps.
Not in the leaps and bounds that were expected when we started off 2016. There is one reason that is responsible for this not being as is the case in most years.
The Buyer Drive. The buyer drive for the Santa Clarita Valley is quite impressive. With many buyers that are focused on the Santa Clarita Valley Cities, for the schools, the proximity to their employers, the scenery, the safety and security.
As you can see – the Santa Clarita Valley has a lot to offer those who choose to live here. Besides, you can still find affordable housing without being “on top” of your neighbor in some of the Santa Clarita Valley Cities.
Now – as far as price point – we have those calling and asking us what 500k will get them in the way of single family housing. How much do homes cost currently in the Santa Clarita Valley Cities.
Currently the Santa Clarita Valley cities has a median price of 400k to 450k. That covers the cities of Acton, Agua Dulce, Castaic, Canyon Country, Newhall, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus and Valencia.
Each of these cities can be see with each listing therein within our Santa Clarita real estate site – SCVnest.com
During our real estate radio show we have discovered that most of the real estate listings sell before they experience their first price change. This is because those homes are within some of the most demanded areas by the current Santa Clarita real estate buyers.
We make it a point to ensure that our buyers are aware of what they are up against. Our buyers are grateful to get the “truth” from us and not to be taken advantage of.
Make sure you are getting the straight scoop from those whom you are choosing to represent you.
During the next couple of months in the SCV – look for more of that real estate inventory to enter the resale market. You will see everything that is listed for sale within the SCVnest.com system.
Each of the listings is fed directly into our site and you don’t have to worry about spam because it is our site. In addition, we have permissions as provided by the local Multiple Listing Service. Therefore, we are getting the real listings, whereas Zillow and Trulia are not!
Remember – you are very important and your personal and private information are worth money to those websites. To us you are valuable because you are working with us in a personal and direct fashion. Plus, we have yet to meet a client what we didn’t like 🙂
