As far as Zillow taking our sellers listings and publicizing them on their website without our sellers permission… It is on the CAR(California association of realtors) form that the sellers listings are going to be “syndicated” to all of the on-line channels.

Something about that does not sit right with me. I have always thought that the real estate sellers in the Santa Clarita valley cities are hiring a specific agent for a reason. Why would I want to hijack their choice and put my mug next to the home that we are not the listing agents of?
