Santa Clarita Market Updates – week Ending October 8, 2012

    The reason for all the links on this page is because each city in the Santa Clarita Valley is totally different from the others.  Castaic, for example has a different type of living. You can get lost in the wonders of a city like Valencia. Stevenson Ranch is somewhere that maybe more your style and one might appreciate the wide open spaces of Acton CA.  That is why there are very different pricing trends and inventory models for each of the cities that we have posted the market reports for below.
