- Lenders and Lending – what the differences are between big banks, credit unions and mortgage brokers and how to get your best loan deal.
- Foreclosures – bank owned and real estate owned homes. How to find them and why some types of financing may not allow for a buyer to purchase one of these types of listings.
- Expectations – On both sides, what I will expect from someone wanting to hire me as their Realtor. Open forum on what the client expects from me. If the client does not know what they should expect, I explain to them those items and what to look for to keep safe.
