    When it comes to “technology” we get it.  However, there are certain things that cannot be “automated”.  That is why real estate agents are still in business, unlike the fate of the travel agent.

    Here are the three options as they relate to real estate market reports for the Santa Clarita Valley cities.

    1 – You can get the local market data reports that we have our independent research firm complete each and every week. The data is obtained and compiled form the local Boards of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. That means the data is accurate and reliable. That also means it’s not taken from one of those Real Estate syndication websites that have a tendency to manipulate data to influence a buying or selling decision in the unsuspecting real estate client.

    2 – If you are interested in monitoring Santa Clarita Valley / Southern California real estate you already own, we have a Real Estate property monitoring system that we have built for doing just that.  Think of it as having a checking or savings account at a local bank. You get monthly statements to give you the amounts of your debits and credits.  You will also see contained in those bank statements any “overage” charges by your bank and are able to make sure you are not being “taken”. The Santa Clarita housing and So. Cal. Intel system does the same thing, but is directly applied to the specific residence you already own.
