Today, the market has softened quite a bit with the price reductions from list price only, being a large part of the market updates within the SCV cities.

Moving through the information – you can see that most of the local Santa Clarita housing data depicts a flatter than normal market. That is currently the case.
We have also seen the Days on Market increase during the past couple of months with available inventory holding steady.
