    With so many choices online, It’s a wonder that most home searchers we encounter are confused.

    First, it’s important that you know where you are searching. Not all real estate websites are created equally and I know that because of my clients sending me listings they found online that are not even for sale.

    They run into listings that have sold, have not ever been listed for sale, and those others which are pitched as Distressed Real Estate.

    When they send those listings to me, I then double check them via and almost 100% of the time I find they are fake.

    They are those “coming soon” listings or those which are touted to be in the pre-marketing stage of their lifecycle. In addition, there are also a lot of Distressed housing listings. The Foreclosures, REO, Real Estate Owned, and other items that really make for great clickbait are used with high frequency on these bad listing websites.

    When searching on the Top Local real estate website for home buyers in the Santa Clarita Valley cities, you will find how you are able to find what you are looking for with ease.

    We made our search system easy to use and you can conduct a broad real estate search and see all of the available listings in all of Southern California.  You can also view only those listings in a particular Southern California City. You are able to search for home listings that are located within a Santa Clarita City. You are also able to search by map and drill down your home search to a specific city block or neighborhood if you desire.

    Our home search is the best system that I have found that does what it does with ease. The learning curve is nonexistent and you will see that the resources tab gives you many other options to become more educated about real estate and the current real estate market in the Santa Clarita Valley cities.

    We have refined our home search engine to also correctly represent the true housing inventory. This is important to comment on because there are other real estate websites that allow for FSBO, for sale by owner postings, pocket listing, and pre-marketed listings. My clients have found that unless the listing is in the actual multiple listing service accesses via our local website, they run into trouble.

    They get bad listing data. They find homes that are not really for sale. They click on Foreclosures that are not on the market for sale and get spammed as a result.
