Santa Clarita Days on market and Price Single Family homes

We give a Daily Santa Clarita real estate update at our main SCV real estate website.

Resource – View Santa Clarita Market Activity for today!

During our dissertation, we make sure to talk about the how many real estate homes, condos and town-homes are actually for sale. The reason this is so important is because there are a lot of “games” being played online and when it comes to real estate search.

Below you are going to see stats that have to do with the local Santa Clarita Valley market. I pulled this data directly from the boards of realtors Multiple Listing Service. When doing so, I discovered that our low point was back in February 2012 within the real estate market.

This is important to know when you are approaching real estate so you can verify the “goings on” within any particular real estate venue.

We have a few tools that will assist you with your home hunting and with a better online experience.

First – We have a system in place that will give you the Alerts, real estate alerts, as the homes enter the “for sale” market. This system has been built by “yours truly” and is the most accurate system in place. In fact, our clients give us feedback that they receive the listings before they are able to find them online – this is a HUGE blessing in a fast paced market where properties aren’t staying on the market for long.

Use our real estate listing Alerts System

Second – We have a point of explanation – What does the pending status in real estate mean. During our tenure in real estate, since 1998, we get a lot of questions that deserve to be answered within our online systems for all to be able to read and learn from.

Within the Santa Clarita Valley, some are doing this for their clients and the real estate interested, but most are not. We are and we always to make sure our clients are informed better than any other in the market.

What does the Pending Status Mean?

Finally – we are at a conclusion of today’s real estate blog post on our Santa Clarita REMAX Website.

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation. Writing on their Real Estate Blog is a passion. is where you will find over 10,000 real estate articles. Go to to listen to their latest real estate radio broadcast.
