    Price is a factor when selling This week in Santa Clarita proper – we are seeing that the Median Listing Price is Flat at $549,500 and that we have an increasing asking price per square foot.

    We also see that We have a Shorter timeframe to sell Santa Clarita homes and residences, the Days on Market Time has lowered to 84.

    During the past several weeks – we see that listing prices to listing prices have been reduced for a lot of the SCV inventory with regard to the local housing market.
