As we are fond of saying, these are the “other cities” that are within the Santa Clarita Valley. We have posted the Single Family Home and Condo/Town home reports for Acton, Castaic, Canyon Country, Newhall, Saugus and Santa Clarita proper below.

We have also just completed a Foreclosure Update for the Santa Clarita cities. While we have been reduced to approximately 11% of the real estate on the market for sale is a True Foreclosure, we are not finished yet. A Normal real estate market will carry with it 1% of the properties in the Foreclosure status. Today, while the “market” does not consist of 1% Foreclosures – we are still at 11% with more on the way. Call for details regarding those “happenings”.
The Debt Forgiveness act is coming to a close December 31, 2012 – if not renewed – there is going to be a problem for the short sale sellers and those that are going to be experiencing Foreclosure. If you are considering Short Selling your Santa Clarita Residence – We are going to need “run time” to get your bank or mortgage holder(s) on board with your wanting to sell your home short. FYI.
