This was Sage Advice we had explained to our real estate team by Sammy Guenta. He was pleased with the service he received, our attentiveness, and more, but he still chose to work with a different real estate team after a few months working with our team.
He said it was because of what he read. Apparently he was doing some googling online about Santa Clarita Relocation and came across a company that “specialized in it”.
They promised him “secret listing data”. Access to homes that were not on the market yet and special “insider deals” for those that worked specifically with this company.
Based out of Los Angeles, This “Santa Clarita Specialized” relocation company has worked with many people looking to relocate to and from the Greater Los Angeles areas, including the Santa Clarita Valley Cities.
I would assume they do an “okay” job for being in business since 2002.
BTW – Sammy – came back to work with our team because he came to find out this company was not being “honest”.
