In fact, we are able to keep the REMAX of Valencia buyers and sellers informed quite well.
There are several ways in which to keep updated with regard to the real estate market in Valencia and within the Santa Clarita Valley cities.
- By Subscription – You can opt in at our main Santa Clarita real estate website at Paris911.com. You will obtain our bi monthly update news letter produced by our team. It’s not one long sales pitch, it is a market update only. There is information about the local SCV markets, foreclosures, 50% off programs for government – teachers – cops – firefighters and emt’s, we also update regarding interest rates and have a bi monthly real estate tip that you can use and share with those in your sphere of influence.
- By Text Message – You can text the word “alerts”, without the quotes to 661-888-4424 and enter in the areas you wish to get Foreclosure and Distressed property alerts for.
- By Telephone call – We can sign you up manually if that is your wish. I’d probably make a phone call if I were about to give out my email address. You can call 661-400-1720 and speak directly with me, Connor MacIvor, let me know what you want, and I’ll get it taken care of.

That is making our First time Santa Clarita real estate buyers and Veteran Buyers alike, very happy to be getting offers accepted during this holiday season. Some have stated it was like getting an early Christmas Present.
Although most escrows take anywhere from 30-45 days to close, they are considering it a present just the same.
We are happy to be able to play Santa Claus at this time of year when it comes to Santa Clarita and Valencia CA real estate.
