    Here is another cute video by REMAX international – talking about the branding of REMAX.

    Paris and I chose the brokerage known as REMAX of Valencia CA.  It was the best fit, besides what we think about the company, we live here – so it makes sense.

    When it comes to advertising a real estate listing, you can choose a discount brokerage.  In fact, if We market our sellers listings beyond reproachthat is the way you want to go – all you have to do is ask the question to “google”.

    They used to be much more prevalent – but this last market had a “last man standing” effect on the real estate agents that were around before.the fall of the latest real estate market.

    Here is the Delio – Discount Brokers would not have to be “discount brokers” if they were worth their salt with regard to real estate.  That is why most have folded over the years.

    The BEST Real Estate agents in the Santa Clarita – there may be about a dozen or so – they can demand the maximum in commission when representing real estate sellers.  They end up getting their sellers more money, faster closing and better qualified buyers.

    There are also far less lawsuits as a result of working with those agents that cover your a$$ with skill and experience….

    They have been there – they are experts at closing transactions to everyone’s benefit.  They understand the buyers and sellers of the world have a choice and they also have the philosophy of “treating others as they would like to be treated”.
