    When it comes to evaluating real estate in the Santa Clarita Valley – we often ask ourselves, “what are current buyers looking for in the market?”

    The listings they are viewing are mostly upgraded, some have professional staging and others have a pronounced focal point that attends to the buyer drive.

    Others markets are not as this type. We came out of a primarily Santa Clarita foreclosures and distressed inventory in the Santa Clarita Valley cities, and across the United States.

    In that type of market it is only the money that the sellers care about. They did not do much in the way of upgrades and repairs due to the high investor demand and plethora of foreclosure inventory.
