If you have been on the search for a Real Estate Company to work for, you need to look at all of your options. If you are a new Sales Person (real estate licensee) – you will need to do those things necessary to learn the Real Estate process.
Unfortunately, despite what you might have heard, when you take the courses and pass your Real
Estate Exam – it is only the start of a long educational process that will last your entire career.
I remember when I went to the LAPD police academy – it was over 6 months and was comprised of several parts. Some of the most memorable were firearms, tactics, and pursuit operations (EVOC). When we were in the police academy we thought when we were finished we would be the know all and solve all types of police officers. Boy, did we mess that up. Being accepted and successfully completing the 6 months of intensive training was only the price of admission to be Los Angeles Police Officers.
After Graduation from the LAPD, and being assigned to a division to a particular Training Officer, that is when our Education, Training and Experience really started. Taking the good habits that our training officers had and leaving some of the, not so good, with them – We worked for a term of 1 year until our Police Probationary period was completed. We were constantly written about and graded on all performance levels – constantly having our skill’s being sharpened…
If you made it through probation, then your Real Learning Started. (hey, you already said that…. 🙂
The same goes with Real Estate – The price of admission is taking the courses then passing the State Real Estate Exam. Then you are off to saddle yourself with a brokerage and start the “real” learning process. Choosing your Brokerage is a very important step. Most might view you as being good for at least “three” deals. Yours, your families and a close friend – all of which will take a gamble that you can sell their home or represent them as buyers of Real Estate.
There is really nothing to lose from a Real Estate Brokerage Standpoint. RE/MAX is Different. If you are really serious about working with a “play it forward” brokerage. If you are wanting to be a part of the most powerful real estate Brand known World Wide. If you want cutting edge training and a management team that will be your “best friend in real estate”. RE/MAX of Santa Clarita is where you need to interview.
Don’t take my word for it – you should inverview with all of the other real estate companies in the Santa Clarita Valley, take copious notes and ask them what they will be able to do for you.
For certain give JoAnn Meinardus a call at REMAX 661-255-2650. JoAnn is Brilliant and will walk you through the interview process and see if you have what it takes to work with a SuperStar Real Estate Team and Brokerage. If you make the cut – you will be speaking with John and Alice O’Hare who are the Brokers and Owners of RE/MAX of Valencia and RE/MAX of Santa Clarita!!!
There are a lot of Real Estate companies out there – But there is only 1 RE/MAX!!!
