Real Estate Websites that Convert and Generate leads for Realtors

If you have done any Googling, you may know us to have a lot of written content. We do YouTube like it’s free… (actually it is…).

There are other ways in which we generate traffic back to our website,

    • Podcasts / Radio Shows
    • Slideshare Presentation
    • Haiku Deck Builds
    • YouTube Videos
    • Screen Recordings and More

but if that website looks like it was built in 2004, it may have a hard time keeping your visitors interest.

Real Estate Lead generating websitesA Real Estate agent does not search for the service and stuff they sell, in the same way their clients are searching.

Most real estate agents are “out of touch” with how their clients are searching for homes on the world wide web.

In fact, when people are searching for real estate, they are going to come across Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com before getting to any of the local real estate agent websites.

In some agent’s opinion, those Mega Real Estate Syndication websites are gaming the system. In fact, some real estate brokerages prohibit their real estate listings from being placed on those sites, permanently. (that is a story for another time).

Today, when someone gets to your website, as someone that is interested in real estate, they should be left with only a few choices.

    • Search for real estate.
    • How much is a home worth.
    • Contact the Agent.

Those are pretty simple things, but most real estate website builders, put way too much stuff on the homepage and it confuses the real estate buyers of the world.

Home Junction with Spatial Match does the opposite.

They are a forward thinking company and have the best client services I have ever encountered.

Plus their Lifestyle Real Estate Search – There is nothing like it on the market.  It’s so good, I’m afraid it may be bought out by the likes of Zillow or Realtor.com, (I’m keeping my fingers crossed that will not happen…)

Here are some of their latest examples of sites they have built for some of their clients.

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
