Real Estate News that is being read by The Paris911 Team at Santa Clarita REMAX

You may wonder how it is we stay on top of all of the related real estate news. It is because we use the heck out of our Google Reader and know what blogs and news channels to subscribe to when it comes to our craft of Real Estate.

Other systems that we offer to our clients and those that are interested in real estate have to do with our Santa Clarita real estate reports. The access portal you will be able to use to get those reports and to read about the local real estate market is by following these instructions. Head over to the Top Santa Clarita real estate website, type in the word “Reports” into the MaCboX at the top of the page. Or you can click here to get our Santa Clarita real estate reports

We do a Daily Santa Clarita real estate podcast and blog. You can head over to the Paris911 website and type the word daily into the macBoX. “Daily” without the quotes will make it so you can view our Santa Clarita realty daily show. We love doing a daily drip related to Santa Clarita real estate

FYI – we have also built out a Search Page that covers all of the real estate listings that are for sale in the Santa Clarita Valley Cities. We made it a point not to allow any listings that were not for sale any longer a part of the Paris911 dot net search system. When you arrive on our site you will see that we have it broken up into 5 different tabs. One of those will be Active Listings that are for sale in the Santa Clarita Cities. You will then be able to view the Santa Clarita Valley Foreclosures and Short Sales. We cover Rentals, those properties that are only wanting back up offers to be written and submitted – plus a lot more. Access point is by heading over to Paris911 dot net

Enjoy this system and let us know when you are ready for our help.

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation. Writing on their Real Estate Blog is a passion. SCVnest.com/blog is where you will find over 10,000 real estate articles. Go to SCVnest.com/radio to listen to their latest real estate radio broadcast.

Thanks for that – I remember driving to the train station in Albuquerque when I was young to drop off my mom for the train. The train station was 209 miles from our front door in Alamogordo. I remember that because my dad never let us forget it 🙂
