The person then says they want me to look for a property That fits those parameters within the Santa Clarita Valley in greater Los Angeles cities. They say once I find it to let them know.
They then want me to prepare a proposal with regard to that property so they can try to sell it to the investors they have that they are working with.
Here’s how that doesn’t work.
I already have a group of investors that I work with.
No offense, most agents that are anyone in real estate have their own investors. Or those same agents are investors themselves.
These are singular people that have money to invest in real estate. These are investment groups that have money to invest in real estate.
They are not the stranger on the other end of the line working for someone else.
They are not the person cold calling real estate agents they find on Google hoping that the agents will turn them on to a great deal.
The people that I work with with regard to Real estate investing are those the trust me to sell their own personal real estate and also trust my team to represent them in buying the houses that they live in.
There’s something to be said about Trust and Real Estate.
There is also something to be said about the time that one needs to invest to be good Real Estate Investors Agent.
It is deliberate work that makes a good real estate agent that represents investors properties.
There’s a lot of trust put into the real estate agent representing any real estate investor.
