    Real Estate clients in Santa Clarita being thrown under the bus

    It should never cease to amaze you, Internet portals for real estate and their deceitful ways.

    It came to us this morning from a caller that had been working with another agent. That is what got our wheels turning to discuss the buyers of short sales

    Most of you that are going to be relocating, will be renting first. There are a select few that will be buying sight unseen.

    It is to all different types of people wanting to relocate we are speaking to. Whether you are relocating from coast to coast or if you are moving down the street, make sure you are being represented as you deserve.

    When approaching a short sale, as our new clients were, find out how much it is worth.

    It may be that the agent representing the seller, has chosen to undercut the market in an obscene way.

    Those types of unethical short sale agents, while not committing any “real crime”, they are doing their clients a disservice.

    Case in point. Our new clients former agent maxed them out at 350k on a short sale they had listed for sale.

    This property was valued at 500k determined my recent comparable sold homes on the Same street.

    Instead of telling their client this home would never approved by the bank that owns the note at the list price, they let their clients miss many opportunities.

    Homes came onto the mls for sale. Homes disappeared from the mls(multiple listing service) because they had closed escrow. Properties were moving while this persons agent threw them under the bus and while they were keeping them there.
