    Real Estate Case Study #43 – How to find Open Houses

    We had Genny contact us on the World Wide Web. She needed to find a source for Open Houses. Genny, was not a home buyer, she worked for a local real estate news source.

    She wanted to know if there was something that I could do to help her. I responded in the affirmative – about 6 hours later – SantaClaritaOpenHouses.com was born.

    I contacted Genny – she was elated. Finally a search engine for open houses that anyone was able to access. I also took advantage of my “publisher's” license and talked about some of the games that agents play at open houses and what to watch out for.

    While writing this article – I know that The Paris911 Team is all about Case Studies – having problems posed in real estate – then giving our clients the solution by something we build or in the way we represent them, watching their six.
