    Looking in the city of Valencia California, we are still seeing Home Sales continue to outstrip supply and the MAI, Market Action Index, has been moving higher for the past several weeks.     Top First Quartile – Median Price $1,215,000 – Square Footage 4126 – These are the most expensive top 25% of the real estate listings.

    Upper Second Quartile – Median Price $757,450 – Square footage 2686 – These are the upper middle 25% of all properties listed for sale.

    Lower Third Quartile – Median Price $649,000 – Square Footage 2591 – These are the Lower middle 25% of real estate listings in Stevenson Ranch.

    Bottom Fourth Quartile – Median Price $569,000 – Square footage 2043 – This Quartile represents the least expensive 25% of the real estate listings in Stevenson Ranch City.
