    Looking in the city of Valencia California, we are still seeing Home Sales continue to outstrip supply and the MAI, Market Action Index, has been moving higher for the past several weeks.     Related to Stevenson Ranch, we are seeing the same real estate market dynamic being prevalent. The homes in Stevenson Ranch are still selling at a premium and we continue to have lacking inventory.

    When looking at the Top Quartile reports for the Santa Clarita Valley Cities, we see those listings are taking longer to sell than those properties that are priced within the upper/second quartile. Here is the information on how the information breaks down for Stevenson Ranch properties.

    Top First Quartile – Median Price $1,215,000 – Square Footage 4126 – These are the most expensive top 25% of the real estate listings.

    Upper Second Quartile – Median Price $757,450 – Square footage 2686 – These are the upper middle 25% of all properties listed for sale.

    Lower Third Quartile – Median Price $649,000 – Square Footage 2591 – These are the Lower middle 25% of real estate listings in Stevenson Ranch.

    Bottom Fourth Quartile – Median Price $569,000 – Square footage 2043 – This Quartile represents the least expensive 25% of the real estate listings in Stevenson Ranch City.
