    Most of the time they don’t get asked or answered. In fact, most of those “non internet savvy” real estate agents don’t do much more than snapping a few photos and entering the real estate listing for sale into the Multiple Listing Service.

    When wanting to build and market a real estate listing online. The MLS does a great job of hitting the syndication websites. The Zillow’s, the Trulia’s and the Realtor .com’s. Within three days, depending on the time of “feed” update, your real estate listing will be populated on tons of websites online that have agreements with the local Brokerages.

    RE/MAX has the same agreement and allows their agents listings to populate those online channels.

    However, when people are wanting to buy real estate, they are not approaching it in the broad sense.

    They are looking for specific items. For example:

    They want to see what they can find when searching for real estate that is close to Bridgeport Elementary School.

    They are wanting to be within Walking Distance to the Valencia Town Center Mall.

    They only want to be within 5 minutes of driving time to the 5 Freeway South onramp to Los Angeles, but want to stay within 750k to 1M.

    This is where the local “internet” savvy realtors are going to outrank the Syndication Websites and where your property will be viewed, if the agent you have hired had the tools and knowledge to make it happen.
