    Put thought into your Web presence

    If you know me – you know that I view “shipping” as very important.  But We don’t ship blindly.  We dream it, organize it, built it, then ship it.  That is where we are able to stay “above the crowd” when it comes to our Local Real Estate Business as it relates to “search”.

    Although being on Page 1 is important to any local business – The Personal Contact should not be forsaken.

    As Jeffrey Gitomer loves to say, and I’m quoting from memory, “All things being equal, Friends would rather do business with friends, all thing being not so equal, Friends would still rather do business with friends.”

    Identify your audience.  Know your product or service.  Do some “googling” when it comes to what people want when they buy or seek your comparative products or services.

    Don’t forget, if you try to please everyone, you will whittle yourself down to nothing.  Find a niche and stick with it.  You will find after time that you will perform “above the crowd” with your Local Santa Clarita Business.
