Are we headed for another bubble that will pop housing prices in the next coming months?
I doubt it, with interest rates being so low and inventory being even lower – That is the main reason why prices have been on the increase in the Santa Clarita Valley cities. It’s a Supply and demand scenario.
Today, we completed our market research for the Santa Clarita Valley Cities and our local Sellers of homes will be happy to see that real estate is still increasing almost totally across the board.
Overall – each city is. Some may be flat but none declined, with regard to price, in the Santa Clarita Valley Cities.
Does this make the buyers of Santa Clarita real estate happy? Absolutely not – unless they are looking at buying a home, condo or a town-home from the larger picture. If they buy now and if prices continue to rise, then they will profit.
