Police Officers – Deputy Sheriffs – Public Servants – Don’t get SERVED!

Police Officers and Public Servant scamsIf I had a nickel for every time I was offered a special deal, family consideration, or a discount due to me being a LAPD cop, I’d have at least $5 bucks – it happened often.

It happened with the Big Ticket Items, such as homes and home loans.

I also got hit with it with refinancing – even when it was through a “trusted” source, like a credit union, it seemed great at the time, until I did more research.

    Don’t make these Mistakes!

One of the ways we run interference for our clients is by knowing about this game, that has been in existence, since the beginning.

While getting stuff 1/2 off is great, when it comes to buying and selling real estate, it’s not possible in most cases.

We always speak and educate our clients about loans and lending.

We size up the lenders that are in the “LEO”, Law Enforcement Officer, representation world.

While we are not lenders – we know the process intimately!

The one thing that really chaps my hide are those who are taking advantage of Law Enforcement Officials.

As far as I’m concerned, I’m not doing my job unless I, from a position of experience and knowledge, protect the person who has been sworn to protect and serve!

I’m off my Rant – Just be careful and if it is too good to be true, reach out to me and I’ll give you the gist as to what they are referring to and how you can best protect yourself.

I’m Connor with HONOR and I’m glad to be of service to our Veterans, Military personnel, Law Enforcement Officer, Firefighters and all Public Servants.

Watch out for First time buyer programs and Rebate Incentives!

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation. Writing on their Real Estate Blog is a passion. SCVnest.com/blog is where you will find over 10,000 real estate articles.
