    Paying for leads from the internet sites built for…. Leads

    How do you find clients? Are you the handshake-hugger type? Were you voted most popular in High School? Did you grow up in the town you are selling within?

    For those of us that may not have been so lucky. For those of us that are transplanted in another city competing with those that grew up in that city, Finding Clients takes on a whole new meaning.

    If you are in this category – you know it. If you are in sales, you get it. There are some that say – all things being equal, people would still rather do business with their friends. This being the case, how do you compete?

    In my business of real estate, I know because of “research” that over 90% of those that are going to buy a home, start their search on-line before contacting a real estate agent. What if Our Paris911 Brand at REMAX were at the top of those real estate inquiries? What would that mean to the consumer/client? The answer to the preceding question is that it depends. It depends on how they are finding our real estate brand.

    Are we just adding to the “noise” of the internet? Or are we adding value? Are we answering the questions that people are asking about our business of real estate, or are we just saying how great we are at the business of real estate?

    I will tell you, by learning and watching other’s mistakes, it is by being upfront, honest and giving value first, that The Paris911 Team at REMAX is able to stay at the top of the internet search engines (the SERP’s). That is by writing, answering questions and giving value – over, and over, and over etc…

    We do a lot of things that we are not directly paid for. Who would of thought? That is the way to get people to start talking about your business or brand. Get on line, start writing and soon you won’t need any of those “lead generators”, your brand on-line will float to the top of the Search engines.

    Be Safe – Work hard and it will pay off. We are REMAX of Santa Clarita CA – We have a real estate team known as Paris911 and we also have a couple of radio shows – via podcasts in the Santa Clarita Valley. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
