Original Price versus Sold Prices in Santa Clarita real estate

    Santa Clarita Sold prices versus Original Prices for residential real estate are posted below in a graphic showing a larger separation between asking price and sold price.

    While March is just starting – you do see a trend that has developed showing that buyers are not scared to offer less on real estate than the listing price has been set for.

    This also applies to the real estate which was for sale in Santa Clarita Valley at a certain price, but was reduced before any offers had been received/negotiated.
