Do “Open Houses” sell the listing that is being held open? The Stat Counters from the National Association of Realtors tells us that less than 1% of Open Houses held actually sell that particular home to someone that is not represented by a Realtor.
They do a GREAT JOB in pitching the Agent Hosting the Open house though. In fact, you might be surprised to find that some open houses are not truly available. They are in escrow – so make sure you check on our Open House Resource page for their true availability before venturing out into the Real Estate Wilderness un-covered. (instructions to follow)
That is why when we have our clients, that are out looking without being scheduled to do it with our Paris911 Team – Follow specific instructions that will keep them safe.
In fact, if you are viewing an open house when your Real Estate agent is not in attendance – Be Careful and get advice from them about the “Do’s and Do Not’s” of open houses.
To view this information, How to keep Safe at Open Houses, type the words – Open Houses – Into the MacBoX below this post and you will be redirected to an article that we have written for our clients. That same article will keep you safe and ensure your realtor can continue to represent you if you decide to view Open Houses with them in absence.
Considering Relocating to the Santa Clarita Valley? – Have a look through this blog and search for terms that you have questions about. We are not Relocation Lead Generators, but Local Real Estate Agents in the Santa Clarita Valley.
We answer the phone, most times 🙂 – if we are not with clients and serving other’s Real Estate needs. (or in the shower etc…) 🙂
I have always liked the “personal” approach to any Service Industry, as we offer with regard to REMAX Relocation Services and our Realtor Business Model.
