The Beginning of New Home Representation
It all started almost 1 year ago. I observed a need that people that wanted to buy a new home centers and from new home builders needed representation too.
They deserved to have their own real estate agent on their side, lock – stock and barrel.
If you look at it, the new home builder has their representative – the sales agent, any buyer should have theirs.
As a side note, Dual Agency – where a single real estate agent represents both the buyer and seller in a real estate transaction, is against the law in some states.
And that is not the in the same states where horse stealing is a hanging offense on their books 🙂
Recent Victory for a Paris911 new housing client
Giuliana, one of our New Home Representatives knows new housing. She is very well known, and liked, by the new home agents throughout the Different New Home Communities in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Therefore, when you are “well liked” others have a propensity to keep you on the “inside track”. That is where Giuliana is – on the inside track.
We had a couple that has been wanting to buy a home for a while, but the inventory has been making that very difficult
They like new housing. They have been to every new home builder with “G” and have been on several waiting lists.
Being on a waiting list has to do with new phase releases or extra in build outs.

It does not cover the insider info pertaining to when someone that had a new home has changed their mind or lost their ability to finance. That type is considered a BOM – back on market listing.
It was by a phone call from Giuliana's new home friend about a property that was about to fall out of escrow.
Giuliana called our clients, took them down and picket up that new home before it hit the floor 🙂
