My Google Plus Spin, do you need it and should you care?

I have moved to Google PlusIs Google Plus just another social network or is it a force to be reckoned with?

It has now grown to the second largest social network, surpassing Twitter.

Facebook is still in the lead – it will take a while for G+ to overtake them, but I’d imagine in time they will.

What is the difference between Facebook and G+, through the eyes of a X LAPD motor cop?

From a Business and Connection perspective – Facebook seems to be the cocktail party where you have arrived late and where everyone is blitzed out of their mind.

Google Plus is the party that is just starting, where people have manners, and where the dress code is business casual.

If you want to join with me on Google plus click the photo!

I was a FaceBook fan, I still get onto facebook, but you can be assured I’m trying to get everyone I know on that platform to join and connect with me on Google Plus.

If you are wondering why you’d want to join yet another social network – this is not the same. Sure, you have pictures of cats, bunnies and babies to contend with, but the “community” aspect is wholly collaborative.

I get more usable intel from the communities I am a part of on Google Plus.  I get more “worth while” interaction between Be our Guest to talk about your businessassociates that are  in the same career field.  I also am able to “share more of others” on Google+.

Sharing someone else posts and showing them you are liking the work they are putting into the platform, is awesome.

Sure, you could do similar things with Facebook – liking and sharing on your page, but Google plus is more “topic focused”.

In a world of noise and clutter – it’s nice to be able to go to Google Plus and interact without having to follow a trail of shoulder high boxes stacked throughout the room.

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
