An appropriate title? I’m sure it is if you do Short Sale negotiation on a daily basis. In fact, if you are not a real estate agent that farms out your short sale sellers to other “third party negotiators”, you will totally get the title of this Santa Clarita short sale Podcast.
We have encountered, yet again, an issue with the receipt of faxed documents. A new record with one of the banks that we have worked with in the past. 23 Times the same document was faxed to the bank. The calls and hours on the phone to check on receipt, after waiting the 17 day waiting period, almost overlapped itself by the time we received confirmation of receipt.
The question, by the lady on the other end of the phone with our Short Sale Seller bank, after she said they have received it was, “How may I help you…”
OMG – Whew… There will be books written about the Short Sale process in the years to come. The pain and anguish that led to many sleepless nights and dependence on alcohol and sleeping pills 🙂
