    When it comes to Marketing any Santa Clarita Home for Sale, one must be familiar with the Various Areas that compose our Valley.

    There are 6 Cities – Some say 8 Cities that compose the Santa Clarita Real Estate Database.

    Interesting thing, if you look within the different boards of Realtors which we are members of and attempt to input a property to be listed as being located in Santa Clarita, you will find it does not exist.  Yes, Santa Clarita is a Real City – but it is organized within the
