Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union Realtor Day

When I was a LAPD officer, most of my “passion” was teaching recruits and giving lessons related to shooting, tactics, motors, impared driving and drugs.

Today, I have left that far behind me, but I am still Dug Into the Police Department and with the LAPFCU, Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union by way of still working with their members with regard to real estate and housing representation.

Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union

I remember when I first started with the LAPD, the LAPFCU was a nessary component of me being a New Cop. Today, they have become more like a family to me and my family 🙂

It's nice dealing with those that don't have their hand in their membership's pocket. Their mission is to prop up and support the membership with relation to their finances.

Financing and Re-financing homes, getting car loans and keeping funds available and onfile, are only a few of the Things the LAPFCU does well.

Join them on Facebook by heading to http://facebook.com/lapfcu

Thanks to Matt, Nury, Shiva, Mary Ann, Marsy and Megan for making it home for me again 🙂 Missed you Myra…

Recap of the Days activities – Met with a Supervisor that was not a supervisor when I was the Real Deal, back in 2007. He says he has two years on and works West Valley. I remember that place and even was blessed to see the new station in action, back in the day.

Also ran into one of my supervisors from Davis, we spoke about kids, connection points and those whom we worked with when I was with the LAPD.

It was a nice time and I appreciate you all!

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
