Santa Clarita real estate, Local Realtor, that’s me.
I write that because of those search systems online which you will encounter when trying to find a local real estate professional.
First steps are most times without a real estate agent. You want to have a look online because you are contemplating doing something related to real estate.
Maybe you are considering buying your first home. That would make you a first-time buyer and there may be special programs having to do with you being a first-time buyer. There may be discounts on loans and lending you may be able to acquire. In some cases, there are grants for particular types of first time home buyers. A Local Santa Clarita real estate agent would know about those programs and incentives when it comes to you buying for your first time.
It could be you want to sell a home. Selling homes and real estate are a very personal endeavor. Finding that trusted and knowledgeable professional Local Santa Clarita realtor is a must. The guidance throughout the home selling process. Evaluating your home, giving you the best tips to sell to achieve your goals. Maybe your top goal is to sell fast because you have somewhere you need to be. That would need expertise on how to do that without giving away your real estate. Maybe top dollar is what you are looking for. Having that seasoned Santa Clarita realtor who lives Santa Clarita real estate will be very valuable. Both – this Local SCV Realtor can do that also!
This post started because of a person just “driving through”. He said he was on his way to a place called Kern Campground. He works downtown Los Angeles and only had to commute a couple of days a week. I told him I had never heard of Kern Campground, but I was a motor cop for the LAPD and commuted to downtown a lot.
There was to unpack in his conversation, including the “Santa Clara” River. He wanted to be close, but unfortunately, the mapping system he was using showed the river “blue”. Actually, it is dry, for the most part. During and after a heavy rain, it flows pretty well. Lacking the rain, the river remains quite dry.
Just knowing this and being able to convey it helps and identifies me as a Local Santa Clarita real estate agent. Of course, I’m not commenting on the current Valencia CA absorption rate or what Saugus homes are selling for a price per square foot terms. Not explaining the days on market time frames for Canyon Country and how Castaic is experiencing re-sale issues due to the lacking or addition of an elementary school which is rumored to be coming in 2019. I just drive by the Santa Clara river every day when showing and listing real estate. So I know because I’m local.
