What about not being followed around with ads that match a recent google inquiry.
Have you seen those? You searched for binoculars, now on every real estate syndication website, you are seeing ads at the top, and to the left/right about binoculars.
Now, how about a local system, that is not lacking up to 40% of the real estate listings, because we have 100% permissions to display all of the real estate listings?

Let’s talk about the love letter for real estate and homes.
Some of our clients are a bit embarrassed when we ask them to write a love letter for the home they are going to have us write an offer on. The way I see it, they don’t want us to think they don’t know how to write a letter 🙂 – I say we don’t judge.
We want to give all the advantage to our real estate buyers so they can get what they want. If what they want can be obtained by writing a real estate love letter, then we want it to be the best it can be.
If that means I have to refine and adjust the letter, I will do so without judging. I am a blank slate. I don’t judge our clients.
BTW – the XXX type of real estate love letters don’t help most of the time 🙂 – again – I don’t judge, but be careful!

Today is our Friday finale broadcast, where we are going to get into, albeit briefly, the past week of real estate happenings in the Santa Clarita real estate world.
In the Santa Clarita Valley, during the past 7 days, I have been monitoring as SCV has had 64 new real estate listings placed onto the market for sale.
During the past 7 days I have been monitoring 32 real estate listings in Santa Clarita had their prices changed. Of all those Santa Clarita real estate listings that had their prices changed, only one was a price increase. And that sale was cancelled!
In Santa Clarita 27 real estate listings fell out of escrow and were placed back onto the market for sale. This could have been for many reasons – first and foremost, it could have been that some sort of impasse was reached and unable to be remedied between the buyer and seller.
53 real estate listings in the Santa Clarita Valley entered the Back Up position of escrow. This means, for all intensive purposes, the sellers would like additional viewings and other offers written, to be held in back up position. However, this is not typically the case. You see “backup” shows as active on some of the real estate syndication websites. So be careful and make sure you are viewing listings on SCVnest.com
