    News West Ranch High School graduate dies  

    A West Ranch High School graduate died in a Marina del Rey hospital after reportedly suffering from an attack while exercising with his Reserved Officer Training Corps squad on a Southern California beach.

    John Flath, 18, of Agua Dulce, died in Marina Del Rey Hospital on Friday, said Craig Harvey, a Los Angeles County Coroner’s spokesman.

    “The cause of death is pending additional tests,” Harvey said. Read more about it in tomorrow’s paper.

    News Man still jailed in slaying of neighbor

    A Canyon Country man arrested in the shooting death of his neighbor Saturday remains in a Los Angeles County jail on $1 million bail. Read more about it.
