It’s taking less time to sell Santa Clarita real estate

Days on Market Santa Clarita Valley

Compiling the real estate data from the Santa Clarita Cities gives us the above graphic. It’s taking less days to sell Santa Clarita Real estate and the decline started approximately the beginning of December 2015.

We do our Market Update real estate radio shows on Mondays to give the “gist” of the local Santa Clarita real estate markets and the dynamics herein.

When my team and I list residential real estate we focus on the seller’s desires and utilize our Top of Page placement within the search engines to bring our sellers buyers

We have a method when advertising our sellers real estate and homes within the Santa Clarita Valley and elsewhere in Southern California.

Everything starts with GREAT photos. Those photos are then built into various virtual tours and shared on all sites including pinterest and instagram. However, those links don’t go to “just web pages or search sites”. They go to lead generation pages such as this one:  See a real real estate landing page where buyers are searching

The way in which we do it for our sellers is with landing pages that give buyers intel and an opportunity to “follow” the property.

It works GREAT and has our sellers knee deep in real estate buyers.

I’m Connor with REMAX of Santa Clarita and I’m Glad to be of service. We have a great new voice mail message posted up at 661.400.1720, if I don’t pick up, make sure you have a listen. It touts about our Real Estate housing broadcast.

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation. Writing on their Real Estate Blog is a passion. is where you will find over 10,000 real estate articles. Go to to listen to their latest real estate radio broadcast.
