Remember that song – Actually, it is easy to be humble when you are working with some of the best clientele in the world. Humility has it’s place, especially when it comes to providing a service to others.
The current market has done a great job at squeezing that “ego” that I speak about. If agents are currently in Real Estate, they had planned for this market from the day they became licensed. (whether they had realized it or not!)
With regard to being on a “client’s side” during a transaction, the only pressure is from agent to agent. That having been said, there is no need to apply that pressure to anyone that chooses to utilize our services.
That is our mantra – our mission statement. When it comes to dealing with the agent on the other side of the transaction, you may say we are “relentless”. Negotiation, between agents – lenders and vendors, is key to getting our buyers and seller what they ultimately want.
Get your own agent – make sure they are real, transparent and have a code that breaks the “public view” of Real Estate Agents.
