Is there such a thing as an over confident short sale real estate agent

    Confidence in Short Sales?  We have that – but not so much as to give our Short Sale Sellers bad intel or false hope.  That False Hope that is generated by a Short Sale Realtor can cause Short Sale Sellers a heap of emotional trauma and stress.

    Can I guarantee 100% that your short sale will go through without a hitch?  Absolutely not!  I have an idea.  However, I will have the Short Sale Experience with your particular bank to best advise you if we are going to be fighting an uphill battle carrying 100 pounds on our backs on an icy slope.

    We acquired one of the best Short Sale Negotiators working for a real estate agent that was negotiating short sales for a law firm and made her part of our Paris911 Team.  She was handling over 200 Short Sale files on a monthly basis – routinely.  We hired her as a direct member of our team, not to be confused with agents stating they have a professional negotiator they use(that usually means extra-office). Directly, not by farming out – she is on our payroll and works in our offices!  She has her “little black book” that has the contact information for many of the “insiders”(negotiators) at most of the banks that handle short sale inventory.  We have worked, closed and negotiated many short sales for our clients since 2008.  We have been certified by many of the Short Sale Certification courses – at least by the ones that matter.  But with all of that – we cannot guarantee 100% that your short sale will go through without a hitch…

    Can a Doctor guarantee you that you are going to be 100% fine?  What about a lawyer – Can they tell you that you are going to win with 100% assuredness?

    The same applies with any Santa Clarita short sale Expert that you will be interviewing to handle your Short Sale.  Be careful – get good advice and don’t ever let any agent tell you to disregard any advice you have gotten from an attorney – We are Real Estate agents, not attorney’s!!!
