    Real estate is not a venture to take lightly.

    When we first entered the real estate representation business, that was 1998, things were a lot different than they are today.

    Not different from the standpoint of providing the best and most reliable real estate direction and services to our home buyers and home sellers. The real estate market is Different due to all of the misinformation which plagues the world wide web as it relates to the best ways to approach buying and selling real estate.

    During our tenure we have represented clients numbering in the thousands. Each one is always treated with the utmost in respect and dignity. From Citibank who used us, almost exclusively, to sell their bank owned and real estate owned foreclosure properties to each of our individual home buyer and home seller clients. All have been treated with the highest level of respect and concern.

    This is the October issue of our “direct mail” newsletter brought to you via Slideshare. While I have the internet portion of our real estate business covered, there is something to be said about snail mail.
