    Most clients are familiar with Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com and Homes.com.

    However, they don’t know that their “search and home prices results” may be a bit eschewed.  They eventually find out the truth when they start to get into the game of Direct Real Estate representation whether buying or selling real estate.

    There are times when we are not the first Santa Clarita real estate team chosen.  It happens that we may be the second, third or fourth choice.  However, part of our presentation in our offices covers the “how to search”.

    Are they on the first page at all?  Amongst the Local Ads and the Sponsored results(pay per click), there are only 10 places for the most recognized experts within the Santa Clarita real estate agents.

    Make sure your real estate agent is putting in the time, writing content, recording videos and doing podcasts about their craft.  Isn’t it important for your chosen real estate professional to care about their business?
