If you’re going to sell at least be real

This entire blog post was written with my iPhone’s voice to text feature. Hopefully, it will be as good as it was spoken, but you know sometimes technology definitely fall short of the mark. Enjoy it let us know how we can help you.

A few things you should know, when you’re advertising online. There are several things that you do not want to do when it comes to trying to make a point with your potential consumer.

What people are looking for are actual human voices. Things that they can understand. People that are being exceptionally real to them in the content that they are writing.

The days of being able to high-pressure your way into somebody’s wallet, those days are long gone. What people are looking for are others that are just like them.

Those that are selling a product, a service, or the next best thing, are all wanting these people’s money.
Don’t try to beat around the bush. Tell people straight in a very upfront manner.

Then let the cards fall where they might. The days of you being able to trick or conjure your way into somebody’s life, people are getting very too smart for that.

With this epiphany upon us. The social media marketplace, has grown very very big. But what all people realize is the fact that all of us can’t be at the top of the game at all times. So the next best thing is to address a niche market and have the members of that group determine who’s the best for them. Don’t try to mislead through trick or device the consumers that could be utilizing your services.

For example, Paris and I are in the real estate resale and seller representation game. The one thing that we realize is that there are so many other outlets in the world looking like they sell real estate, looking like they review the best agents and looking like they have the best qualified people in real estate to work with, it really does a great job at muddying the waters.

However that’s where the “real” real estate agents shine through, that’s when the people, that do a great job, float to the top of the milk rendering like they are cream.

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
