This does not change the dynamic when buyers are slowing their rates of purchase. Sometimes, it just takes “time” to sell residential real estate.
That is something else that should be discussed between you and your Realtor during the listing presentation.
Being concerned or buying into the fact your agent told you they may have a buyer for your home would be a mistake.
If they are using this pitch, have them present the buyer to you without delay.
The next question you should pose is, “How do I know that your buyer is going to be the BEST buyer for my home?” And, “Should I hire my own representative now?” 🙂 (Now watch their expression…)
A perfect scenario is when multiple buyers are writing offers at the same time on residential real estate.
This gives the sellers multiple offers and they can pick and choose the best and highest offer.
A FYI Moment by Paris911:
- Best – relates to the type of financing being used or cash.
- Highest – refers to the most money offered minus closing costs.
These items in pricing your Santa Clarita real estate have to be covered when your Realtor does a comparable work up on the home you want them to sell.
If any part is missed, they are doing you, as a SCV Real Estate Seller, a huge disservice.
