It eventually all comes down to who can do the job in the best way possible. While the cost is very important, I remember what my Dad used to say about “cost”. He would tell me, “son, cost is a one time thing and value lasts much longer. I am too poor to buy cheap things or services…”
Made sense then, but today, it makes more sense than it ever did before.
One of the reasons for this has to do with the lack in the service industries. Everyone is trying to sell you that they are the BEST at what they do.
They want to say they are the BEST without doing the work necessary to be the BEST.
Reminds me of my son, my youngest who wants to be the best skateboarder in the world. He asked me how to do that, and I said “practice”, lots and lots of practice…”
He then asked me if there was another way 🙂
There is no better way to be the BEST in the real estate service industry other than through knowledge building exercises, training and having a team of confidants.
