    Here is why, every single day for the past 6 years I have been writing over 3000 words a day of content. I may have had a couple of fistfull's of days off, but I have been at it religiously.

    I do a lot of youtube videos about real estate, the market, foreclosures and other topics. With over 1200 to date, there is at least 1200 blog posts with content right there.

A savvy realtor is going to know about the things within their craft that touch the edges so they can keep their clients safe. While Loans are part of the process, rentals are not necessarily part of the home buying or selling process, at least in a mainstream way.

    However, write about those things I do. I have not even hit the other subject matter as it relates to real estate, time to buy, time to sell and why, amongst other things that buyers and sellers of homes are searching for online.
