Hiring new Contractors and Vendors to handle Fixing of Santa Clarita bank owned real estate

If you are a General Contractor or a more “specific” type of vendor that can service Bank Owned properties, we went to talk with you.  Paris andBank Owned Vendors I operate a modest Team with REMAX of Santa Clarita and we handle Bank Owned Real Estate for several large Banks and Management companies.

They have their own vendors, contractors and service providers – but we have been able to change their minds when it comes to who they use by who we Trust!

Here are a few of the types of “vendors” that we need when it comes to the handling of the Foreclosure Assets the bank trusts us with their Pre Marketing, Listing and Selling.

    • Locksmiths
    • General Contractors
    • Lawn Maintenance
    • Landscapers
    • Window repair
    • Plumbers – identifying – fixing leaks and installing fixtures
    • Painters
    • Dry-wall repairs
    • Carpet Cleaners
    • Carpet and flooring installers
    • Grout Refreshers
    • Clean Outs – self sustaining cleaning – water on board with vendor a plus (can be  combined with Trash Outs)
    • Trash Outs – Dump Access required (can be combined with Clean Outs)
and Others.  FYI, when the prices are over certain amounts – two bids are needed.  We are about a “fair” playing field.  We ask our vendors for the bids, we are blind, submitting both to the bank for Asset Manager approval.
Anyone that wishes to be considered must be able to take, upload and send photos – Before, during and after.
We operate the same way when handling our Bank Owned properties – No one knows the amounts of the offers that were submitted when in a Multiple Offer Scenario.
Fill out the following form if you want to be included in our REO Vendor Database – It is our pleasure.

    Paris and Connor MacIvor

Connor and Paris MacIvor are in the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide, starting their real estate business in 1998 with RE/MAX Gateway - Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. Their becoming licensed real estate consultants and representatives came from the horrible experience they had when they bought their first home. There were many things that the agent they had hired did not explain and disclose, which per law he should have. Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. Paris and Connor called the broker, the board of realtors, the office manager and all they received was the promise of a phone call back. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA. However, for a referral, where 80+ of their business is referrals they have License and Will Travel to other parts of Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County to handle real estate transactions for those who trust their real estate operation.
