    The numbers regarding REMAX and the way they continue to pull ahead of the “crowd”, are no surprise as 2014 closed and 2015 started.

    Proof is in the pudding. We have REMAX offices in over 95 countries, talk about a Relocation System – We have that for sure.

    • REMAX experienced a 4.8 percent increase in Quality Realtors, having a Net Gain of 2614 associates bringing us to a total of 57105 Realtors!

    • Our REMAX offices have also increased, bringing us to 3452 in the United States alone.

    • When it comes to Agent Experience, we are tops at REMAX. 15.6 average years in real estate. An impressive figure is the “average number of years with RE/MAX” – that is 8.5 years on average!

    • Do we hire New Realtors – mostly, no!

    • 253 companies, llc’s or people bought REMAX Franchises during 2014 – that’s HUGE. Especially when you consider there are other “real estate franchises” available at a lot less cost.

    • Residential Transaction Sides – What are we selling at REMAX – in 2014 we had eight hundred and ninety┬áthousand! Numbers derived by REMAX of the United States and REMAX of Canada.

Getting that agent on the phone after they closed escrow and after he had gotten paid was impossible. The remedy did come, but not as fast and in the way they wanted. That act - that bad agent was the reason why Paris and Connor became Realtors. That was all they needed to vow to never let the same fate befall anyone else, that befell them. Today Connor and Paris are focused on client service. Protection and top-shelf service with regard to their real estate clientele. They primarily work within the Santa Clarita Valley and Valencia CA.
